On Friday, October 20th, he will be holding grade-level assemblies where he will talk about writing, teaching down the road at Tamanend MS, and failing forward. Students also have the opportunity to attend writer's workshops!

The Klinger HSA is having a Halloween Party on Friday, October 27 from 7:00-9:00 in the cafeteria. The event is only for Klinger students and the cost is $5.00. Money and permission slips are due to the lower office by Monday, October 23rd. Students must be picked up by 9:00.

Our Big Fundraiser for the year is starting today, and running through Tuesday, October 17th. All proceeds go to the student council to fund all kinds of activities, trips, programs, etc. for our students throughout the year. Please consider supporting our school and participating. The Centennial Education Foundation, in collaboration with the HSAs from Klinger and Log College Middle Schools, are sponsoring the presentation "If I Could Have A Do-Over" by Mr. John Halligan. Mr. Halligan will be presenting to our middle school students during the day and then to our parents that evening. The presentation focuses on how to deal with bullying, cyberbullying, and teen depression. We look forward to seeing you at Klinger Middle School on Wednesday, October 11th from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. The entire Centennial, Adult Community is invited to attend.

6th grade students had a really good time at the ice cream social yesterday afternoon. Everyone enjoyed some ice cream in the cafeteria, and then had fun playing with friends outside. Thank you to our HSA for sponsoring this event.
