Dr. Kelly previously served as the House Principal for Grades 3 through 5 at Upper Moreland Elementary School. Prior to her position as a school administrator, Dr. Kelly taught Special Education in the Council Rock School District for many years. Before that, she was a Special Education Teacher in both the Philadelphia and Pottstown School Districts, respectively.

Dr. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. In 2019, Dr. Kelly earned her Doctorate in Education from Widener University in K-12 School Systems Leadership.

Dr. Kelly is a student-centered educator who has vast experience in general and Special Education. As she enters her twelfth year in education, Dr. Kelly is committed to ensuring that EVERY student feels safe, valued, and heard. Throughout her career in education, Dr. Kelly has served in various capacities as a teacher-leader. She loves supporting teachers and helping them to build their professional capacity. Her passion for students and teachers is evident in her work. She supports teaching and learning through her work both as an administrator and an adjunct instructor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.

Dr. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in her spare time.

Welcome to Willow Dale Elementary School! 

My name is Janis Rindone. It has been my pleasure to serve as an Assistant Principal in the Centennial School District.   

While at Radnor, she served as the MTSS Facilitator and Instructional Coach.  Prior to her position as a MTSS facilitator and Instructional Coach, Mrs. Rindone served as a Special Education teacher, as well as a Special Education Coordinator.

 

Mrs. Rindone attended Eastern University’s Certification Program and received her Principal PK-12 Administrative Certification in Educational Leadership.  She also holds an Instructional Coaching Endorsement through LaSalle’s Early Learning Principal Instruction Coaching Program (ELPIC), in addition to a Masters of Education from DeSales's University in Education Standards and Reform.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Special Education from Long Island University.
